📦 Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are handled within 1–3 business days, and once they’re packed up and ready to go, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.  

Shipping times vary based on location and the shipping option you choose at checkout:  
France & Europe: 3–7 business days  
United Kingdom: 4–8 business days  
United States & Canada: 5–10 business days  
International: 7–15 business days  

Keep in mind that holidays, customs delays, or busy seasons can affect delivery times.  

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout depending on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available during special promotions.  

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email, but it may take 24–48 hours for updates to appear.  

International customers should be aware that customs duties or taxes may apply, and these charges are the buyer’s responsibility.  

If your package is delayed or lost, contact us at our support email so we can help locate it or file a claim with the carrier.  

Please double-check your shipping address—orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer aren’t our responsibility.  

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors or your local post office. If you still can’t find it, get in touch with us for further help.
