Non‑returnable items include:

• Wigs that have been worn, cut, dyed, glued, styled, washed, or altered.

• Lashes that have been opened, used, or removed from their tray.

• Hair extensions that have been installed or manipulated.

• Beauty products that have been opened or used (adhesives, gels, cosmetics).

• Custom or personalized items.

7.2 Return Conditions

Eligible items must be:

• Unused, unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging.

• Returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Returned at the customer’s expense unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

7.3 Refunds

Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned product. Shipping fees are non‑refundable. If the item shows signs of use or damage, no refund will be issued.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

9. Hair & Wig Disclaimer

Human hair wigs and extensions may vary slightly in texture or color due to natural hair characteristics. Shedding and tangling may occur with improper care. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, bleaching, dyeing, or heat styling.

10. Liability

We are not liable for:

• Delays caused by carriers or customs.

• Loss or theft after delivery confirmation.

• Allergic reactions to adhesives, cosmetics, or hair products.

• Improper installation or maintenance of wigs, extensions, or lashes.

Patch tests are recommended for all adhesives and beauty products.
